Your account data and trade journal are stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database platform with encrypted storage at rest and in transit (TLS). Supabase infrastructure is hosted in the United States.
Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe. VSLLC never stores your credit card number or full payment details on our servers.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

VSLLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
ScalpClock uses browser local storage to save your app state between sessions — for example, remembering your last tracked option contract, ticker selection, entry price, or lesson progress. This data stays on your device, except that when you are logged in your Daily Lessons progress is also saved to your account so it can sync across devices.
We use essential browser storage to keep you logged in. It is required for the Service and is cleared when you log out.
If you arrive through a referral link, we set a first-party referral cookie containing the referral code, which expires after a limited period.
We use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure how the site is used in aggregate. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not use advertising cookies or ad pixels.
We retain your account information and trade journal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active databases within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial transaction records).
Backups may retain data for an additional period before being purged from our backup systems.
