To request deletion, email admin@scalpclock.com from the email address you use to log in, with the subject “Delete my ScalpClock account”. We confirm by reply and complete the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted: your login and profile (name, email), Daily Lessons progress (completed lessons, XP, streaks, badges, quiz stats), trade journal entries, watchlist, paper trading account, and referral records.
What may be kept: records we are legally required to retain, such as payment and tax records for past purchases (held by our payment processor), for as long as the law requires. Backups are purged on their normal cycle after deletion. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Have an active subscription? Mention it in the same email and we’ll cancel it as part of your request, so you aren’t charged again.
If you only want to stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email instead — your account and progress stay intact.
